Customer testimonials

I use it about twice a year. It's always really clean and it feels great. The water temperature in Riraku's bath is just right, so you can relax in it. All the staff are polite and very kind. It's perfect for me in all respects. This is my important inn.

Thank you for taking care of me for one night and two days. The owner of the inn was very polite and kind and taught us how to use the facility. There is a kitchen inside, where you can cook food you bought at the supermarket. There was also a quiet rest space on the first floor, which was clean and comfortable. There were 3 types of baths, and the hot water was good. It's a hideaway-like inn, and I'm glad I stayed there.

The staff was very polite and easy to understand. The facilities, including the common spaces, were very clean, and I was able to enjoy the hot springs (reservations required). There are 3 types of bathhouses, and I was very grateful that you could make up to 3 reservations per room. I booked a room with a Japanese futon, and the mat was very firm, so I was able to sleep very well without putting any strain on my body. I would love to stay again.

The inside of the hotel was kept very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. It was very nice to be able to take my time in the bath. All the employees were working hard and I was glad that I was able to greet them well. I would like to use it again when visiting the Yamanashi area.
